Advertising Fees

Advertising fees pay for directory placement, package access or administrative review. They do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, ranking, income or profile performance.

Activated Packages

Once a listing, feature, boost or package has been activated, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Escort365.

Policy Breaches

No refund is owed where an account or profile is suspended or removed for false information, failed verification, stolen media, prohibited content, duplicate listings or unsafe conduct.

Technical Issues

If a paid feature fails due to a platform technical issue, Escort365 may provide a fix, extension, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Manual Review

Refund requests should include account email, package/order reference, payment date and reason. Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method where possible.
