Account, profile, package, moderation and contact data may be retained while an account or listing is active.

Verification Records

Private verification records may be retained while needed for account review, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, legal compliance and audit history.

Reports and Safety Records

Reports, enforcement actions, removed content references and audit logs may be retained to prevent repeat abuse, defend decisions and meet legal obligations.

Deletion Requests

Eligible account data may be deleted or anonymised on request, but some records may be kept where retention is required or justified for safety, legal, financial or fraud-prevention reasons.

Backups and Logs

Technical backups and security logs may persist for a limited period before rotating out under normal system operations.
